Welcome to Kairso. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kairso application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Kairso ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By using Kairso, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use most features of Kairso, you must create an account and one or more workspaces. You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Kairso, including projects, tasks, notes, KPI data, and attendance records ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership over Your Content and will not use it for purposes outside providing the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain features of Kairso may be offered under paid subscription plans. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We work to keep Kairso available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or interruptions.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app notification or an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
