• Account information — name, email address, profile photo, and authentication details (including via Google or Apple sign-in)
• Workspace data — projects, tasks, notes, KPIs, attendance records, schedules, and initiatives you or your team create

• Device & log data — IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and crash or diagnostic logs collected to keep the Service reliable

• Within your workspace — data you submit is visible to other members of your workspace according to the roles and permissions configured by your workspace admin
• Service providers — trusted vendors that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting and authentication providers (e.g. Firebase), under confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements — when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or workspace remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or workspace, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated sign-in — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
